Ingredients

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Meat Sauce
✔️ Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
✔️ Add ground beef or sausage and cook until browned.
✔️ Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
2️⃣ Mix the Ricotta Filling
✔️ In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, parmesan, and a pinch of salt.
3️⃣ Assemble the Lasagna
✔️ Spread a thin layer of sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
✔️ Add a layer of Barilla lasagna noodles (no need to pre-boil if using oven-ready sheets).
✔️ Spread ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by meat sauce and mozzarella.
✔️ Repeat the layers 2-3 times, finishing with sauce and shredded cheese.
4️⃣ Bake the Lasagna
