  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs (optional, for crispy topping)

Instructions

Oven Method:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine hash browns, cooked chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Transfer to baking dish and spread evenly.
4️⃣ Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle crushed crackers (if using).

Crockpot Method:
